Pending Home Sales\u003C\u002Fa> \u003C\u002Fstrong>(contracts signed) are up with each of the four major regions reporting both month-over-month growth and year-over-year gains in contract activity.\r\nHere is the month-over-month growth:\r\n\u003Cul>\r\n \t\u003Cli>The Northeast rose 0.7%\u003C\u002Fli>\r\n \t\u003Cli>The Midwest increased 0.6%\u003C\u002Fli>\r\n \t\u003Cli>The South increased 1.4%\u003C\u002Fli>\r\n \t\u003Cli>The West grew 3.1%\u003C\u002Fli>\r\n\u003C\u002Ful>\r\n\u003Cstrong>\u003Ca href=\"https:\u002F\u002Fwww.showingtime.com\u002Fblog\u002Faugust-2019-showing-index-results\u002F\">3.
